UV exposure has been linked to eye disorders such as macular degeneration, solar retinitis, and corneal dystrophies.
Pink eye is a term that refers to conjunctivitis, which is inflammation of the thin, clear membrane (conjunctiva) over the white part of the eye (sclera).
