Answer to Question 1

France and Germany are the countries with the first and second largest numbers of Muslims, respectively. As a percentage, Albania and Bosnia have native populations that are not migration based. For areas not accustomed to Muslims, there are reactions to outsiders that include headscarf and mosque bans.
