Advantages of flextime include flexible scheduling, a big benefit for dual-income families, as well as an increase in employee morale, motivation, and job satisfaction. Disadvantages include the challenges of not having all employees on the premises when needed and the possibility of workers who are not on flextime resenting those who are.
