Answer to Question 1

The mean, median, and mode are not all the same number, so the distribution is not normal. Also, in a normal distribution, close to 68 of all the scores fall within 1 standard deviation from the mean. In this distribution, between 70 and 80 of the scores fall within 1 standard deviation from the mean.
