Answer to Question 1

A false analogy assumes that like items are alike in all respects; a circular
argument restates an idea in different words; an argument to the man
attacks the person rather than the issue; a bandwagon claims something is
true because everyone is doing whatever it is; either-or assumes that only
two things, outcomes, or results are possible; and begging the question
presents a fact or idea that is not established.

Answer to Question 2

The five elements of argument are the statement of the problem, solution,
evidence, refutation, and conclusion.
