  b. take an elevator up to the 30th floor and then take the stairs down to the
  28th floor to rescue Joy.
  c. take the elevator up to the 30th floor, then slide down the elevator cable
  to take Joy out through the escape hatch.
  d. have one team get beneath her elevator car and another one above it,
  and then chop their way in to get Joy out.
