A wave-cut platform is the gently seaward-sloping beveled surface that has resulted from the
undercutting and retreat of a sea cliff



Answer to Question 2

Sea cliffs are pounded by waves (hydraulic action) or worn by the impact of sand and gravel
(abrasion).
