Agi has been really frustrated with one of the customer service people of her internet provider  the person she was talking to was quite rude. There is no way for her to express her anger to the helpline person as she was put on hold and then disconnected. As her roommate, you are giving her some advice to deal with her anger. Which of the following is not a helpful advice?
 
  a. Do some vigorous exercise
  b. Release the anger in your room by throwing your pillows and books up against the wall
