Answer to Question 1

Policies for caring for the elderly will be important to such countries. Also, although world population rates are high, each country will need to have a younger base of individuals for society to function properly. Immigration can be encouraged to a certain extent but will not be the entire answer, and negative attitudes toward immigrants will need to be carefully balanced with policy and communication. This is a difficult situation and will need to be addressed carefully and with great wisdom.

Answer to Question 2
