Most cultural hazards are those that humans purposefully expose themselves to because it is culturally acceptable for them to choose to do so. Smoking is an excellent example of a cultural hazard that makes an environmental impact. See Stewardship, A Cultural Hazard Worsens Other Risks.

Biological hazardsdiseases caused by bacteria, viruses, protozoans, fungi, worms, etc. Physical hazardshurricanes, tornadoes, floods, forest fires, earthquakes, landslides, volcanic eruptions, climate change. Chemical hazardschemicals that cause acute, subacute, chronic, or delayed responses in humans, carcinogens, teratogens, immunotoxins, hormonally active agents.
