Answer to Question 1

The most obvious features for students to recognize and explain are: crevasses, icebergs, hanging valleys, sharp-edged ridges and pointy peaks.

Answer to Question 2

The barrier island has gotten wider at location B and narrower at location A during this time period. There is very little change between 1962 and 1975; most of the change is between 1975 and 1989.
