Answer to Question 1

Fluid motion in the outer core is described as chemical convection (density differences caused by composition) and differs from the thermal convection (density difference caused by temperature) that you saw in the lava lamp, soup pot, and the mantle. Although the causes of the density differences required for cDensity of the material
onvection differ for these two types, the resulting motion moves heat along with matter in both cases.

Answer to Question 2

Declination is the horizontal angle made by lines connecting the measurement location to the magnetic and geographic north poles. Inclination is the vertical angle between the field-force line and Earth's surface.

Many people have small pouches in their colons that bulge outward through weak spots. Each pouch is called a diverticulum. About 10% of Americans older than age 40 years have diverticulosis, which, when the pouches become infected or inflamed, is called diverticulitis. The main cause of diverticular disease is a low-fiber diet.
