Answer to Question 1

A

Answer to Question 2

The texture in clastic sedimentary rocks refers to grain size of dominant grains, sorting (the range of grain sizes present), and rounding of the grains due to abrasion during transport. Sorting and rounding may provide information on the amount of weathering, or extent of transport. Grain size may provide information about extent of transport too, as it takes more energy to move larger grain sizes.
