As you watch the demolition of an old office building, you see truck after truck hauling away large chunks of concrete, steel, and other building materials.
 
  Then you start to wonder, where are they taking all of this material and will it be safe? A friend comments to you that it's fine, the federal government has people to make sure they do this properly. You start to wonder, and then you recall that the disposal of nonhazardous industrial waste is controlled by A) the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
