ANS: D
The FiO2 is then titrated to achieve a PaO2 in the range of 60 to 80 mm Hg with an SaO2 of 90 or greater or an SpO2 of 92 or greater.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: B
An SaO2 of 88 to 90 may be acceptable for patients who need an FiO2 of 0.80 or more for an extended time.
