The distal tip of flexible bronchoscope can be flexed in two directions up to 180 degree in ante-flexion and up to 130 degree in retro-flexion positions.

ANS: C
Goodman and Putman suggest that when the head and neck are in the neutral position, the endo-tracheal tube should be midtrachea (5 to 7 cm from the carina).
