All educators need to realize that classroom management involves working with live human beings. Thus, effective:
 
  a. management techniques require the reality that students will misbehave, sooner or later.
 
  b. teaching techniques are not absolutely required if students have the ability to learn.
 
  c. communicational skills are not necessary as long as teachers have positive human relations skills.
