Answer to Question 1

ANS: C
The U wave follows the T wave and precedes the successive P wave. It is thought to represent remnants of ventricular repolarization or repolarization of the papillary muscles.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: B
The QT interval is measured from the beginning of the QRS complex to the end of the T wave. It represents the time required for ventricular depolarization and repolarization to occur and also approximates the time of ventricular systole.
