ANS: D
0.5 = 16/X.
0.5X = 16.
X = 16/0.5.
X = 32 mg H2O.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: B
RH = (AH/capacity)  100. 40 = 0.4. 0.4 = x/32. 32  0.4 = 12.8 mg H2O/L.
