Concentrators are used in the home care setting for patients who require low-flow oxygen. Liq-uid oxygen cylinders can allow the patient more time outside of the home during travel. Mani-folds and bulk oxygen systems are not appropriate for home care. Compressors provide medical air, not oxygen.
