ANS: D
There are only two methods for pasteurization: the flash process and the batch process. The flash process requires moist heat at 72 C for 15 seconds, and the batch process requires a water bath at 63 C for 30 minutes.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: B
Bacterial spores are not killed by high-level disinfectants unless they are exposed to the disin-fectant for an extended time. Fungi and all bacteria are killed by high-level disinfectants.
