Answer to Question 1

D
The patient's history and physical signs indicate aspiration of food. The airway blockage can lead to bronchiectasis. Although cystic fibrosis and measles can lead to bronchiectasis, the patient's presentation does not match with either. Asthma is not related to bronchiectasis.

Answer to Question 2

A
Dilation of the nostrils will make inspiration easier in the premature neonate. None of the other listed options are affected by dilated nostrils.
