General guidelines for collecting specimens are: be very
accurate, fill out the label carefully, follow medical asepsis
guidelines and standard precautions, assist the patient, store
specimens properly, and report and record.

The parts of the body exercised during range-of-motion
exercises are the neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, fingers, hips,
knees, ankles, and toes.
