Nursing assistants should do all they can to aid other
departments by providing information, easing transitions, and
smoothing over difficulties. Nursing assistants should fully
communicate with other departments, and they should phrase
any request for information in a polite way.

assistant care based on laws, local standards, facility policies,
and nursing practice
