Answer to Question 1

B

Answer to Question 2

B
Feedback:
The family (or the long-term care facility, if the client resides there) should have a recent photo of the person, in case he or she becomes lost and police need to assist in the search. Clients with dementia must wear some sort of identification in case they wander and become lost. They can wear ID bracelets or sewn-on nametags. Hospital identification bands may work well because they cannot be removed easily. Placing bands around ankles rather than wrists is better because the bands are then out of a client's sight. At least two telephone numbers should be on the identification band. The nurse should identify the client as memory impaired.

There can actually be a 25-hour time difference between certain locations in the world. The International Date Line passes between the islands of Samoa and American Samoa. It is not a straight line, but "zig-zags" around various island chains. Therefore, Samoa and nearby islands have one date, while American Samoa and nearby islands are one day behind. Daylight saving time is used in some islands, but not in others—further shifting the hours out of sync with natural time.
