Answer to Question 1

D

Answer to Question 2

C
Feedback:
The rehabilitative care facility provides 24-hour care for a few weeks or months, but the client eventually returns home after recovery from a disabling (e.g., cerebrovascular accident) or traumatic (e.g., hip fracture) experience. Senior centers provide social interaction and opportunities for peer group relationships, but do not provide rehabilitation. An assisted living facility provides room and board, laundry, and some personal assistant services, but not the rehabilitation this client needs. This client needs a focus on rehabilitation, not subacute care.
