Answer to Question 1

B

Answer to Question 2

D
Feedback:
The nurse should instruct the client to avoid lifting heavy weights for a period of time. The client is asked to avoid sexual intercourse for 6 to 8 weeks. The client can take showers and sitz baths because they promote comfort and healing. The catheter should be left in place for several days following anterior colporrhaphy, not removed on the first postoperative day.
