Answer to Question 1

C

Answer to Question 2

C
Feedback:
An LPN nurse can supervise volunteer caregivers. Updating the nursing care plan of the client, evaluating the client's progress, and making regular assessment visits to the client's home are not the duties of an LPN nurse. These are the duties of a registered nurse.
