A sex therapist should be included as a member of the rehabilitation team to address specific sexual problems. The other members of the rehabilitation team include the physician, physiatrist, nurse, advanced practice nurse, therapists (physical, occupational, speech, music, recreation), as well as a psychologist, vocational counselor, and social worker. Pharmacists, orthodontists, and laboratory instructors are not a part of the rehabilitation team.
