Answer to Question 1

D
Feedback:
A value of 1.030 indicates a high urinary specific gravity seen in either dehydration or in cases of fluid retention (e.g., edema).Urinary specific gravity of 1.005 is most likely for a client who is on a diuretic. A client who is on a diuretic voids large amounts of urine with a low urinary specific gravity of below 1.010 . Such values may also be seen in diabetes insipidus. A value of 1.010 or 1.020 suggests normal values for specific gravity of urine.
