Feedback:
Suitable isolative precautions should be taken to protect the client from nosocomial infections. The nurse should not reveal the client's health condition to relatives without getting the client's consent to reveal confidential matters. Infectious wastes should be incinerated or autoclaved before disposal in a sanitary landfill. When disposing of syringes, the nurse should put the needles in puncture-proof containers instead of breaking off the needles from the syringes.
