B
Feedback:
When respirations are abnormally rapidmore than 20 to 24 breaths per minute it is termed tachypnea. When respirations are abnormally slow and fall below 10 breaths per minute, bradypnea occurs. Normal breathing is termed eupnea, which is between 12 and 18 breaths per minute in an adult. The average rate in a child is 25 to 35 breaths per minute.

C
Feedback:
Insulin should be refrigerated to maintain its effectiveness. Insulin need not be stored in a cabinet near the window, in an opaque container, or in kitchen cabinets. Most medications are damaged by exposure to light, heat, and moisture; hence, it is preferable to store such medications in dark bottles or opaque containers in a cool place.
