D

Answer to Question 2

B
Feedback:
An indicator of a severe toxic state in stage 3 is the presence of delirium tremens (DTs). Symptoms include delusions and vivid and terrifying auditory, visual, and tactile hallucinations called alcohol hallucinosis (e.g., bugs crawling on the skin), which may last from a few days to several weeks. Blackouts are loss of memory with alcohol consumption. A tweaker is a meth user who has not slept for days and is in acute withdrawal.
