Answer to Question 1

D
Feedback:
A group of nurse researchers and educators at NANDA has maintained a list of acceptable nursing diagnoses. These words or terms are actually the diagnostic labels or categories on which the entire client-oriented nursing diagnostic statement is built. The wording of the phrases is divided into three specific components, not two components. The nomenclature, criteria, and categories developed by NANDA are commonly referred to as a nursing diagnosis. It does not include written guidelines to differentiate the medical diagnosis from the nursing diagnosis.

Answer to Question 2

A
Feedback:
Ginglymus joints have range of movement in only one plane. Spheroidal joints have range of movement within a cup-shaped depression in the other bone. Arthrodial joints slide against each other. Saddle joints allow movement that can be shifted in several directions.
