Answer to Question 1

B
Feedback:
The most familiar family form is the nuclear family: A two-generation unit consisting of a husband, wife, and their immediate childrenbiological, adopted, or bothliving within one household. Outside employment for both partners in a family may necessitate careful structuring of household tasks. In the commuter family, both adults are usually professionals. The extended family consists of the nuclear family and other related people, such as grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Answer to Question 2

C
Feedback:
Intrinsic factor produced by the parietal cells in the gastric mucosa is required for absorption of vitamin B12 . Gastrin stimulates the secretion of hydrochloric acid and pepsinogen. It also weakly stimulates the pancreas to secrete enzymes and the gallbladder to release some bile. Cholecystokinin (CCK), a hormone, is secreted by the duodenum and jejunum in response to the presence of fat in the duodenum. CCK activates the gallbladder to release bile.
