A student has just completed an especially stressful week of work, class, and clinical and decides that to help reduce stress, a treat to a really funny movie on an evening off is in order. This stu-dent has chosen a positive coping mechanism.
 
  a. True, the laughing and relaxation of the movie will do her good.
  b. False, the cost and time spent at the movie will just add to the problem.

Question 2

A student exclaims, I have to make a 100 on this test because anything less is just like failing in my book. I either know it or I don't and if I don't know it now, I never will.
