Answer to Question 1

Ans: A
Feedback:
The most important aspect for the employer to consider before beginning cross-training is to analyze all the potential benefits and risks, and if any of the risks could adversely affect clients, then the idea should be abandoned. Client safety is the number one priority over satisfaction. Clients are placed in more importance over employee satisfaction or perceived ability to perform all tasks sufficiently.

Answer to Question 2

Ans: A
Feedback:
Always requiring a male nurse to assist in lifting clients is saying that men are for physical work and this is discrimination. Pregnancy usually has nothing to do with administering medications. Nurse's aides may assist with blood pressures. Admission is a part of the job of the registered nurse.
