Answer to Question 1

ANS: 2
Emails can be addressed to many different people, and one email can be seen by as many recipients as the author desires.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: 2
The nurse's desk on the unit is a good spot because it will allow the nurses to protect the privacy of information arriving via fax and will also be in a place where someone will notice when a new fax arrives.
