scapular Y

Rationale: Scapular Y view is the only one that will display anterior to posterior displacement of the humeral head to the glenohumeral joint. Transthoracic lateral would be an alternative to show anterior to posterior displacement.

Answer to Question 2

transthoracic

Rationale: A transthoracic lateral will serve as the lateral perspective of the part that will demonstrate anterior to posterior displacement to the glenohumeral joint. The transthoracic lateral can be performed with the patient supine or erect depending on the patient's condition.
