ethmoid bone and vomer

Rationale: The perpendicular plate of the ethmoid bone will comprise the superior portion of the perpendicular plate. The inferior portion of the bony nasal septum is formed by the vomer, a facial bone.

Answer to Question 2

AP with external rotation

Rationale: The image represents an AP projection of the shoulder with the arm in external rotation; the humeral epicondyles are positioned parallel to the image receptor. The position is indicated by the placement of the greater tubercle in profile laterally.
