AP oblique with 45 degree medial rotation

Rationale: An AP oblique projection with the part rotated 45 degrees medially will superimpose the radial head upon the ulna and position the coronoid process in profile.

actual focal spot

Rationale: The actual focal spot is the size of the area struck directly by the electrons. Most tubes are dual focus for small and large focal spot settings.
