the frontal bone

Rationale: The frontal bone is of greatest interest on this PA projection of the skull because the frontal bone is closest to the image receptor.

Answer to Question 2

MSP is parallel and the IPL is perpendicular

Rationale: For the lateral projection of the skull, the IPL is aligned perpendicular to the IR and the MSP is parallel to the IR.
