Answer to Question 1

hypertensive

Rationale: A 150/110 mm Hg reading for an adult patient would be classified as hypertensive. The normal systolic range for an adult is 90-140 mm Hg. The normal diastolic range for an adult is 60-90 mm Hg.

Answer to Question 2

45 degrees

Rationale: 45 degrees is the suggested body rotation for the oblique c-spine images. Greater than 45 degrees may show signs of overrotation of the part as it approaches a lateral. Less than 45 degrees may show signs of underrotation as both pedicles may be visible; similar to what may be seen in the AP.
