Answer to Question 1

T7/8 and MSP

Rationale: AP/PA chest projection in an RLD or LLD position requires the centering to be directed to the MSP and to T7/8.

Answer to Question 2

tibiotalar

Rationale: The AP ankle will only show partial mortise joint open. The medial mortise and tibiotalar articulations are open, but the lateral mortise is closed. Lateral mortise will not open up until the intermalleolar line is parallel to the image receptor.
