Answer to Question 1

Reciprocity Law

Rationale: The Reciprocity Law states that any combination of time and mA will produce equivalent mAs values and density.

Answer to Question 2

on the inner surface of the cuff

Rationale: When putting on sterile gloves, the first glove as it is applied should be touched on the inside of the cuff. After the first glove is on and that hand is sterile, the second glove is picked up on the outside of the cuff to prevent contact with the skin.
