Answer to Question 1

both outer cells

Rationale: AEC set for a PA chest would require the two outer cells to be selected. The outer cells would cover each lung. If the center cell is selected, overexposure may occur because of the midline density of the spine.

Answer to Question 2

lambda

Rationale: Where the lambdoidal and the sagittal suture intersect forms the point of the lambda.
