underexposure

Rationale: The center cell for the lateral should be selected. This will read out the exposure necessary for the lung density covering it. When an additional outer cell is selected, the AEC will terminate early as the outer photocell is not covered with enough tissue density.

distal radioulnar joint

Rationale: Articulation of the ulnar head and the ulnar notch of the radius forms the distal radioulnar joint. The radius rotates around the stationary ulna at the distal and proximal radioulnar joints.
