Rationale: The terms collimation and beam restriction can be interchanged. Collimators are the most common type of beam restriction.

Answer to Question 2

superior orbital margin

Rationale: The SOM is the portion of the orbit closest to the image receptor and therefore will have the least amount of magnification and greatest detail. In addition, with a PA projection, the petrous pyramids will fill the orbits, therefore only the SOM is clearly seen.
