Answer to Question 1

RPO

Rationale: The Grashey method will rotate the patient towards the affected side an average of 45 degrees.

Answer to Question 2

presence of free fluid in a cavity

Rationale: Decreased technical factors should be considered when imaging smaller than average patients or pediatrics. In addition, destructive pathologies will need a reduction in technical factors to obtain optimal contrast and density.
