flexion and extension

Rationale: Anterior to posterior mobility will be determined with the patient in a lateral l-spine with maximum extension and flexion.

Answer to Question 2

grid ratio

Rationale: As grid ratio increases, less scatter radiation reaches the image receptor which improves contrast resolution of structures.
